If you are a yacht owner, you can choose to leave your boat in Greece with or without the option of chartering.
In first case we can contract a private yacht management program in base of your specific needs. This mean that maybe you need only a secure dry docking place for Winter, being in position to maintain your yacht by your self, or choose to give us part of maintainance. In any case, we can contract a custom private yacht management program.
In second case, if you choose one of our chartering management programs, you have :

During the whole program, the yacht will be situated in our beautiful base in Alimos (Kalamaki) marina in Athens and will be delivered by professional skippers everywhere in Greece or in the Med you choose to sail.

After a long period of time, you can decide among several options for your yacht: enter a post-program agreement, continue to use it personally or sell it. We will be here for you to support you in all phases of the process.

Fractional Yacht Ownership

Fractional yacht / boat ownership is a percentage share of a yacht. Shares are sold to individual owners. A fractional owner is the co - owner of the yacht and our company is just the manager on behalf of the owners. Fractional ownership affords much of the freedom and usage benefits offered in timeshare, however, the fundamental difference with fractional ownership is that the purchaser owns part of the title (as opposed to units of "time"). People have been sharing sailboats and yachts for thousands of years. What stands out in this age is the ability to apply a few simple technological tools to make the fractional sharing of a sailboat or any other vessel a pleasant and financially intelligent experience.

Simple stated, fractional ownership of a sailboat or power yacht is multiple people owning and sharing a vessel where they each collectively don’t use 100% of the time. In fact the reality is most people use their sailboat 3-4 times per month. If each trip is an average of 6 hours then the real percent time being used is 3% each. It’s simply financially smart to allow some other portion of the 97% of the sailing time remaining to be used and paid for by other owners of the sailboat in the same position as you.

In designing a fractional ownership program there are many factors to consider and a good fractional sailing or boating ownership program will have thought through and experienced all the variables.

• How do you arrange the scheduling of the sailing times?
• How do you keep a cleanliness standard on the boat?
• How is the boat maintained and where is the incentive to maintain the boat?

• What are the independent enforcement procedures to ensure adherence to
the agreement?

Fractional yacht ownerships as the practice of joining together with family and friends to share ownership of vacation property has been around for many years and not generates disagreements.
